Saku Metall has 30 years of metalworking experience. AS Saku Metall was founded in 1991 and <\/span>is 100% based on Estonian capital and has two main subsidiaries – AS Saku Metall <\/span>Uksetehas and AS Saku Metall Allhanke Tehas. Since then, we have grown in size as well <\/span>in terms of competence. In 2012, Saku Metall AS was divided into two subsidiaries – AS Saku Metall <\/span>Allhanke Tehas and AS Saku Metall Uksetehas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Saku Metall Allhanke Tehas AS provides subcontracting service and specializes in manufacturing sheet metal products<\/span>, mainly assemblies, according to the customer’s drawings and requirements. Having <\/span>all key production processes in-house, we help manufacturers increase supply chain efficiency by <\/span>reducing delivery time and quality risk.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are more than just a subcontracting factory for sheet metal products. Our production processes include <\/span>development, cutting, bending, welding, painting and assembly. Thanks to our engineers <\/span>knowledge and experience we can very quickly analyze, change and manufacture new configurations<\/span>. Saku Metall Allhanke Tehas can develop, produce and assemble sheet metal products according to the customer <\/span>requirements and we are certified according to the highest standards. We specialize <\/span>up to 8 mm sheet metal, including cold-rolled, galvanized (electro-, hot-melted), stainless<\/span> steel and aluminum processing. We process more than 300 tons of different sheet metals every month.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certificates, we also have welding for the rail industry <\/span>certificates that contain very high quality requirements – EVS-EN ISO 3834:2006-2 and <\/span>EN 15085-2 CL1.<\/span><\/p>\n

We have experience in HVAC, rail, elevator, energy, medical and defense industries but <\/span>we are not limited by industry, we can manufacture almost any sheet metal product. About 95% of our production goes <\/span>for export. Our goal is to create long-term partnerships with our customers. We strive <\/span>to make our customers feel like we are their own factory outside of their own location. <\/span>A personal approach has allowed us to become an important part of our customers’ supply chain and <\/span>in everyday business.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are trusted by industry leaders for example – KONE, General Electric, Knorr-Bremse, Sanmina, <\/span>Tavrida Electric, Airmaster, PTC Rail and others.<\/span><\/p>\n

The production unit and office of Saku Metall Allhanke Tehas is located near Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. <\/span>On P\u00f5rguv\u00e4lja road, Rae municipality, Karjavere.<\/span><\/p>\n
